It's really remarkable that I encountered this article and video now. I've been working on an essay about being wrong about Big Things, and what I think may be a good way to come back from that.

Anyway, thanks for this, Jeff. I don't think I would've come upon it otherwise.

Truly my pleasure, Mark.

My jaw almost hit the floor when he said that about being wrong, humiliation, failure, and wisdom. It wasn't what I was expecting from a national figure. It really was a big gulp of fresh air.

Andrew Tate (btw the guy was a boxer! so much wisdom here): " Fatigue makes cowards of us all. " fighting defense is brutal. even if you are to succeed at the defensive tactic, it leaves you dragged and a bit weaker than you were before that battle. fighting on the offense, every success encourages and emboldens you and gives you more energy. the key to winning any war is to be on the offense, not the defense.

this is why offense is the best defense :) this is the same what is said above!

Telling the Truth is the offense to the lies. Jesus said do not fight the evil, but expose the lies. So focus stays on the Truth all the time, not evil, so we do not get fatigued!

brilliant :)

I was wrong about George Bush. I voted for him. He was supposed to be the lesser of two evils. I was wrong. I’m embarrassed by that. I know exactly how Tucker feels.

Me too. Speaking of W. Not sure which Bush you meant. 'The lesser of two evils' is what has ruined thus once great nation
